Dear people: this is our 90th party, which means we are well on our way to 100.
These past 90 parties were all different and Friday's was no exception.
The easiest way of describing it is to say it was an extreme party.
Many different things happened simultaneously: beautiful BDSM play, much sex - it did not bother me this time - and many people dancing on the dance floor.
In short, tonight was very exciting and had a great atmosphere.
It seems that people visiting parties during summer are much more relaxed and less serious than in dark winter months, even though plenty BDSM players spent their time in the play areas.
Once again this party was without serious incident and indecent people.
On the contrary everyone - including some single men - was on their best behaviour.
Nowadays we have two regular DJs: DJ Marcel S and DJ Marco Verhoeven.
Marco went on holiday on Saturday, so he played until 01.00 AM after which Marcel took over until the party was over.
Normally they work together throughout the entire party, but this time Marco played on his own only to return home to pack his bags.
The dance floor was full the entire night and was only cleared for the show.
Tonight's show - a burlesque performance on pointe shoes by the Princess of Darkness - was very memorable.
The photos speak for themselves and judging from the spontaneous applause from the gathered crowd I was not the only one who had a great time.
I am certainly going to ask the Princess of Darkness to come back, because her performance was something really special.
For a moment my heart stopped, because I was afraid the Showboat's professional fire alarm would go off and the fire brigade would bother us during the fire show.
Luckily for us and the voluntary fire brigade in the town of Zaandijk this didn't happen.
Kinky Dresscode and Whips for Love sold their merchandise together tonight.
The people from Kinky Dresscode have already been at my party before.
Their merchandise is unique in the Fetish scene because they make chainmail like outfits made from little rings and straps.
As far as I know creating these outfits is very time consuming.
Whips for Love is part of Kinky Dresscode and they make high-quality whips; mainly floggers and Cat-o-nine-Tails.
Every single one of them feels wonderful, even for the poor victim at the other end.
Last time they were here I bought a stunning supple bullwhip and I love to practice with it.
I deliberately say practice because my whipping skills are pretty good, but handling a 15 foot murder weapon is a completely different story.
Mistress Ineke and I used this long whip on my slave Gerard to practice for a while.

Finally I would like to thank the Showboat staff; the great people at the bar who are always smiling and the stars in the kitchen, who managed to provide everyone with a multitude of snacks and meals.
Especially the hot dogs served at 03.00 AM were a true blessing for many people including myself.
Many guests have to travel far to come to us and a nice savoury snack before they go home will make the long trip much easier.
