Last Friday’s party caught me completely by surprise.
Due to traffic jams we arrived on the Showboat too late, so we weren’t ready
with all preparations when the first guests arrived.
This caused too much stress and irritation and it made me fear the worst for the
rest of the evening.
Later my feelings appeared to be unjust, because the atmosphere was incredible
on Friday.
The people, the music, the relaxed atmosphere, the fun, the delicious buffet,
the professional show by Brigitte More; everything was just as it should be and
it felt just right.
There were relatively few reservations and a large part were reservations made
by single men.
I always get concerned about macho behaviour.
In the past we used to have much trouble with that issue, but a strict door
policy and the appointed alert Dungeon Monitors seemed to have solved that
problem.
Everything is under control, but sometimes my DMs have to work harder than usual
and I feared they would be very busy tonight.
Luckily it wasn’t as bad as I expected and on the way home Thysca told me that
the men really behaved like gentlemen this time.
I would like to take this opportunity to emphasize that I’m really happy with
all the hard work done by Thysca, Hans, Fleur, Johan and sometimes Ton, because
they are vital for the good outcome of a party.
Believe me that’s not always an easy thing to do.
In they eyes of the ones they talk to about their behaviour or irresponsible
play they are always wrong and some guests don’t understand at all.
However, when they do their jobs properly no one will notice, because everything
runs smoothly and the atmosphere is wonderful.
Hans has been my ‘Personal Assistant’ since I started organising the SM-Fetish
Play Party and he also showed new people around the Showboat.
His presence and the opportunity to ask him to arrange or get something for me
has almost become a constant factor to me.
He never had to skip a party and he recently started helping me with the
preparations for the party in the afternoon.
Lately two major things in Hans’ life have changed: he has found a nice job
and a new and exciting relationship.
Aside from Mistress and slave Hans and myself have also become very good friends
and that’s why I’m very happy for him.
Of course this has its disadvantages, because Hans couldn’t make it to my party.
He had to go to a Christmas party at his new job.
Dear Fleur took over his job, which she did perfectly.
At first she was a little nervous about her performance, but I didn’t mind
because for me she was even more attractive.
Deep on the inside I quite like it when people get nervous by my presence.
This month we had two clothing stands: veteran and giggly Shelagh Sotthewes
from Succubi and Mieke from
QuasiModo from Rotterdam.
Succubi means rubber party wear made from
inner tyres from cars and motorbikes.
You will find these striking and affordable outfits at every Fetish Party.
Shelagh deserves this success and I believe she’s absolutely welcome to it.
I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting
Quasimodo’s Mieke in person yet, even though the name has been a phenomenon
for the past twenty years.
Both ladies have been very busy all night long, so I hope their business was
good.
At the end of December I celebrate my birthday and on Friday I received a
very extraordinary birthday present.
Two very dear friends made 300 chocolates illustrated with my picture and the
text ‘Happy Holidays’.
Naturally I treated my guests to a chocolate and what was left formed a nice
addition to the already elaborate buffet.

As this party wasn’t as crowded as previous editions, I had the opportunity
to play in my own studio.
Ralf was my loyal subject this time around.
He has been subjected to my cruel and extreme play for years and sometimes we
perform together on party's every now and then.
I have subjected Ralf to many different things, but strangely he never had the
pleasure of feeling my whips.
Because we treat each other as Mistress and slave I decided it was time for him
to experience that.
He was very nervous, but he was very eager to please me and as a good slave you
quickly end up at the other end of my whips.
He kept himself together and I was able to enjoy myself with him.
I’m very proud of Ralf and our experience is a worthy addition to our extensive
D/s relationship.
It was fun to have my neighbour
Kenneth – a fashion photographer – around to take pictures.
Cor and Rob are gifted amateur photographers and I really appreciate their
monthly photo contribution, but a professional photographer has a different view
on things.
Kenneth taught Rob many things and
we really appreciate that.
All that I have left are a few announcements.
As from today you can reserve tickets for the seven-year anniversary
celebration of my SM-Fetish Play Party on 13 February.
Normally I only accept reservations for the upcoming party, but every
anniversary turns out to be such an event, I’d like to give everyone the
opportunity to reserve their tickets in time.
You probably have noticed that your groceries have become more expensive.
Also the Showboat’s suppliers have increased the prices for their products.
Unfortunately, this means we are forced to increase our entrance fees with €
2,50 per person per 1 January to cover the increased charges.
The minimum bar tariff remains the same.
Of course not only our goods are getting more expensive, but also the costs for
maintenance and replacement of the equipment in the play areas.
Are there any volunteers – amateur or professional carpenters, painters and
upholsterers - with time to spare who are willing to help me out?
You would make me very happy.
