Considering we are right in the middle of the holiday season, last Friday's attendance didn't disappoint me at all.
Many people are in some warm far-away country and are not occupied with BDSM or Fetish Parties at all.
Around 170 people crossed the gangplank, which is a very respectable number of people I think.
I noticed many first timers and I believe they might have been the reason why more people were having regular sex than usual.
For the first time since the start of this party my SM Studio was less popular than the erotic play area, which says enough I believe.
Personally I don't mind, but some regulars mentioned the sex oriented behaviour of some other guests.
From the start I have clearly chosen for a combination of a BDSM and Fetish Party instead of just a BDSM Party.
It's a fact that Fetish Parties are considered to be sex parties as well in the Netherlands, so these kinds of parties are just part of the game.
However, it is always a shame when there is too much of one thing if you ask me, including too much hardcore BDSM play.

Due to personal reasons tonight's planned show by Mistress Angelique and JP was cancelled.
That was very unfortunate, because they are wonderful people and I always look forward to their performances.
I always call these performances shows but they are in fact demonstrations of the interaction between two people who enjoy each other's company very much.
I hope they will get well quickly, so I can hug them soon.

Fortunately, I was able to find Mistress Madieanne and Erik willing to fill in for Angelique and JP.
Their shows are something special and always a guaranteed success and what they did on Friday was no exception.
I noticed Madieanne played the part of assistant this performance, though she was very bizarre with her mask and tight latex outfit.
However, considering the circumstances, I have never seen her as passive in a performance as she was tonight.
Erik obviously played the largest part in the show and I saw him in action for the first time tonight.
I was surprised to see how easily he abused his victim.
I have gotten to know Erik as a sweet and funny man, but I already knew he has done some strange things in BDSM scene, so I should have known better. Erik and Madieanne: thank you so much for helping me out with your great performance.

In case I wasn't able to find someone to do the show I would have done it myself, because the show must go on.
It wouldn't have posed a problem but performing is just not my cup of tea.
When I play I enjoy an audience, but when I'm on stage it's not fun anymore which makes me very nervous.

Fetish Company was present to sell their high quality and affordable merchandise.
I don't think there is anyone in the Fetish scene who works so hard to be successful and nothing is too much for him.
When we collaborated in the early days of my party and for other projects Hans did not make much money, but despite everything he always came back again.
Over the last few years his income from sales at my party have increased and that's something I think he is welcome to.

In addition, gXd Exclusive Glass Dildos had their beautiful products for sale tonight, which they displayed in a very unusual way.
Downstairs in the doorway between the wet area and the erotic play area they had created an arch with lights with their glass dildos attached.
Everyone going from one room to the other had to walk through this beautiful spectacularly lit display of glass dildos.
In the past they gave me one of the glass pieces of artwork.
I am still very grateful for this gift, because the dildos are not just eye candy, they are very functional as well.
You would almost expect that these dildos were made by women for women, but the guys from gXd apparently know very well how female genitals should be stimulated properly..hmmmm.

Even though I planned to get a piece of the action tonight I simply have not gotten around to it this time.
It seems that the more I try to plan things the less chance I have of putting them into practice.
I only used my recently fixed electro play equipment at the request of Mistress Ineke.
Mistress Ineke was planning to buy an electro play set and she was curious how her slave would react to it before she would spend a lot of money on such a device.

Via this party report I would like to thank the Showboat's kitchen staff for their hard work last Friday.
They have done an incredible job, because we had not expected a sudden increase in reservations.
The kitchen staff had not expected such a crowd either, so the wonderful buffet was finished in record time.
At first they used fried snacks and quickly made meals to bridge the gap and later they came back with the most delicious freshly made dishes.
This proves once again that the Showboat is the perfect location for my party, because the food would have been finished completely at any other location, provided they would have served hot meals at all.
Gentlemen, you have my respect and I would like to thank you for your tremendous efforts and hard work.
