Despite the fact that the Dutch are totally hooked on the European football championship and the national football team was going to play the French team, the turn out on Friday didn’t disappoint me actually.
According to our expectations most people came in late.
I guess they wanted to see the football game first.
Luckily for them the Dutch team won 4-1, which had a profound positive influence on the atmosphere of the party.

I hate to think what might have happened if the Dutch team had lost on Friday and everybody would come in with a foul mood and perhaps people probably would have stayed away completely.
Now that would have made an impact on the rest of the party.
To be honest I don’t care about this orange madness at all, but naturally I do respect people who have the desire to dress up as orange clowns and to follow the performance of eleven people wearing orange shirts, together with even more orange clowns, in an orange street.

Especially for the real fanatic fans of the Dutch football team amongst the party people, amongst them the whole Showboat crew and its former captain Cees, a small television tuned in to the game was positioned at the bar.
People interested in the game between Holland and France were able to watch it without bothering others, except for a few warriors’ cries and shouts of joy.
Football supporters and fetishists in the same room that’s something I hadn’t experienced before.

Something I’d like to mention specifically is the wonderful atmosphere on Friday.
I spent so much time talking to so many different people, that I didn’t have the time to play or do other exciting things.
Almost all my loved ones from the scene were together on the same evening accidentally.
It is a rare and precious gift to have all your true BDSM and Fetish friends all around you unplanned.
It’s just that I’ve been very occupied with it and my throat is still a bit hoarse from all the conversations I had with everybody.
I did miss one certain person and she probably missed me as well, but even a blessed person can have everything in the world after all.

Of course two sweet and exciting friends of mine - Mr. G. and his not-quite obedient slave girl Irris - performed tonight’s show.
You must always have something to correct, right?
Irris walked on stage dressed in a real white wedding dress, complete with a long white train.

Marcel has been spinning the wheels to great success, assisted by DJ Mike M and DJ Marco Verhoeven for the last two years and he arranges his own replacement in case it’s necessary.
